"There isn't a valid license..." error

Hi,

We've been using Workflow Toolbox for quite some time, and today we've discovered it no longer works. Tried updating Workflow Toolbox too, but it didn't help.

Nothing has changed prior to this.

Actually, the only change was the summer to winter time change. Perhaps this had something to do with this?

    Please, check the Workflow Toolbox plugin license status at Administration > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > JIRA Workflow Toolbox.

    Can you please tell me the SEN of your license?

    Martin, I think that your SEN is 5406117. If this is the case, the maintenance period of your license has ended on 2016-07-16. You can install version of the plugin released up to that date. i.e., the higher version you can install is 2.2.13.

    You should downgrade to 2.2.13, and then if you whish, renew your license in order to install last version of JIRA Workflow Toolbox, which I highly recommend.

    But I'm pretty sure this is what we had Fidel. I've only upgraded today as I wasn't sure what's going on, thought this may fix it.

    How do I downgrade it now? is this straight-forward or not quite?

    Universal Plugin Manager shouldn't have allowed you to update to a version without license.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Download the .jar file of version 2.2.13.
    2. Uninstall your current version of the plugin (dministration > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > JIRA Workflow Toolbox > Uninstall
    3. Upload the .jar file of 2.2.13 clicking on "Upload add-on"
