Cannot read "real" values from nfeed fields

Hi,

I am trying to real real values from nfeed fields. Normally they contain an ID of a DB record, however when I open issues or search for issues I can display real values (resolved from DB). Workflow toolbox seems to be reading directly from JIRA. I tried running fieldValue() function with issuesFromJQL() and it still provides data from JIRA DB, but not the data that nFeed fetches from our external DB.

Is there a way to trigger workflow toolbox to read from nfeed fields via nFeed so that we can get real values? In my test transition UPDATE, I am copying ABOX field (nFeed) to Description. You can see in the attachments that the values copied are not what ABOXes describe.

Sorry for the delay in my response. Plugin nFeed is not currently supported. I will consider feasibility of doing it. I will keep you informed.

I think there are a lot of customers using nFeed to sync their data from external sources. This could be a fantastic value proposition for your tool to support that product. Do you have contacts at Valiantys? If not, I can help.
