Sorry to create a ticket for this, please delete it but I have no idea how to contact with you.

I am looking for a solution where I can automate the start / stop from working log.

but I really do not understand, how can I implement it in Jira Cloud. Is it possible? If yes, should I add JIRA Workflow Toolbox. If yes, how? I am really new to Jira.
