Moving Status of Linked Issue, with Links to different projects and Issue types

I am attempting to create logic for moving the Status of a ServiceDesk issue with the following criteria:

1 ServiceDesk Project 3+ Support Group Projects (with 3+ different workflows)

1 ServiceDesk ticket, creates and links tickets in other Support Group Projects.

I am attempting to have the last Support Group ticket push the ServiceDesk ticket to the next Status once it is closed.

All issues are using the Issue Link - SD-Blocking-Link.

So it doesn't matter which support group ticket closes last, it just needs to modify the Status of the ServiceDesk ticket when all of them are closed.

    When I close the 1st Task, the Status for the ServiceDesk ticket moves. It needs to wait until all of the other Linked issues are closed.
