Is it possible to reference this field in a conditional execution?

For example, I would like to reference this field in a conditional execution to write parsed text to a hidden field of my choosing. In this case the condition would be Request type = Null or "No match".

I've tried using using Customer Request Type in my conditional execution but this does not work.
