Hi Fidel,

Can't figure out I'm not doing right.

In this transition I want transition all other issues where my name is in a specific custom field. So I call the 'Stop Working" transition in my "Start Working" post function but it does not cause it to transition.

See attached for transition that I call and the conditions on the issues called.

2nd condition requires that the user who is executing transition "Start Working" (i.e., Curren user) is in field "QA Resource" of issues where you want to execute transition "Stop Working". Is that the case?

Are there any validators in transition "Stop Working"? Please, attach a screenshot of them.

Hi Fidel, 1. Yes, that is the case. 2. No, there aren't any validators. I did go ahead and removed all the conditions as well and it's not working.

Please, test your JQL query with "Search for issues" feature of JIRA. You should replace %{Assignee} with an actual user name (not to be confused with User's Full Name), and %{Issue key} with actual issue key.

Tell me whether it returns the expected issues.
