Condition on linked issue does not work for issues without the link

I want a transition only ot appear when an issue does not have an issue linked to it with a certain kind:

Condition on linked issue: At least 0 and no more than 0 issue links with the following characteristics: - Issue link types: verursachte zusätzliche Materialbestellung. - Linked issue's issue type: any - Linked issue's status: any - Linked issue's resolution: any - Linked issue belongs to any project. About the rest of issue links: - Unselected issue link types are not allowed.

This is the only condition and my issue does not have any links at all. But still the transition is not shown. The workflow is of course published and used for this issue. Our JIRA Version is 7.1.2

What can i do to make this work?

Please, CHECK parameter "Unselected issue link types are allowed".

You can also use "Boolean condition with math, date-time or text-string terms" with the following boolean expression:

count(linkedIssues("verursachte zusätzliche Materialbestellung")) = 0
