How to debug "Condition on linked issue"

Hello,

i have set up a "Condition on linked issue" on the transition called "Auszahlung veranlassen" that i dont get to be satisfied:

Condition on linked issue: At least 1 and no more than 1000 issue links with the following characteristics: - Issue link types: ist Prämie für or hat Prämie. - Linked issue's issue type: Vorschlag or Prämie. - Linked issue's status: GENEHMIGT or Umgesetzt. - Linked issue's resolution: any - Linked issue belongs to any project. About the rest of issue links: - Unselected issue link types are allowed. - Unselected issue types are allowed. - Unselected statuses are not allowed.

I have the issue VOR-2 which has the status "Genehmigt" and is linked to "VORPR-5" via "hat Prämie" (see screenshot)

How can i find out which criteria is failing? I think the transition button should show in that case.

What i want to achieve that the transition is only available on VORPR-5 if VOR-2 is in the Status "Genehmigt"

Please, attach also a screenshot of VORPR-5.

Apparently it should work. Anyway, I find something strange in your configuration: a status is shown in uppercase (i.e., GENEHMIGT) while the other status appears in lowercase (i.e., Umgesetzt). JIRA UI usually shows statuses in uppercase, but JWT shows the names of the statuses in their actual case. You might have 2 similar statuses: GENEHMIGT and Genehmigt. Please, check it up?

If that's not the cause of the problem, I would like to see the problem in direct. Can we have a video-conference by Skype? I will be available since 14:00 UTC to 15:30 UTC. My Skype user is fidel100r.

I have deleted VORPR-5 but i have recreated the case, heres the screenshot:

There is only one status with the name of genehmigt in the system .

Yes it would be great if we could look at that together via skype.

The problem was due to a misunderstanding in the workflow. It was solved through Skype screen-share.
