Problem with Post Function Add Issue Link

Hello -

I just run into a new problem with the Add Issue Link Post Function. I have had this post function configured successfully for a few days, and it just stopped working.

The idea is that I have already created an Issue that appears in a Query Custom Field. When I create a new Issue type, I select the Issue that I have created in the Query Custom Field. When I create that Issue it should automatically link with the Query Custom Field Issue.

I have been able to successfully do this through the Add Issue Link Post Function, but now all of the sudden it is not working. Do you know why this would be the case? I've attached a screenshot of my configuration.
