Usage Reconciliation?
I am trying to find a usage reconciliation similar to other plugins that list anywhere you've implemented its functionality within your JIRA instance. Is there such a way to identify where this plugin is being used and how?
I have attempted an export of Workflows, but they do not list loss of data from plugin on export, unlike other plugins that strip conditions/post-functions/validations and name the loss per transition.
I have to do this in order to justify the incurred cost of our instance plugins :( I'd rather not lose the plugin if I don't have to!

reporter Thanks! I did this check for value
com.fca.jira.plugins.workflowToolbox
and I did not have any results in any workflow. Is there anything else that this plugin could be used for explicitly? I found three field types (calculated fields) and three JQL search properties where you can find project issues based on Text, Number, or Date properties. Is the list on this Wiki page exhaustive? -
repo owner Sorry, I forgot to mention calculated fields and JQL queries. Yes, the page is exhaustive.

Hi @laceymcdonnell,
Unfortunately, there isn't any report or functionality in the plugin about its usage.
As a workaround, you can export your workflows as XML files, and look for string
com.fca.jira.plugins.workflowToolbox.
. Each occurrence of that string is a different usage of the JIRA Workflow Toolbox in your workflow. Please, let me know if you have any other question.
