Request Channel Type

In the "Send an Email" post function, we want to send an email if a condition is true. We want to use request-channel-type = email I saw a variable for "customer request type", is that the same thing?

    Hi @BrianBuda,

    Unfortunately JSD's Channel is not yet supported by JIRA Workflow Toolbox. I will try to add support in next version of the add-on.
