Hello, After upgrading to 2.1.21 I'm missing my options to change from "resolved" to "closed" or "integrated" according to my workflow.

• Are you missing transitions in your workflow?
• In case you are missing transitions I need screenshots of the Conditions tabs in configuration screens of your 2 missing transitions.

What I need is the condition tab of the transition configuration screen. I show you an example:

It's very important that I see what use are you doing of the plugin in that transitions to find out the cause of the problem.

Anyway, since it so urgent to fix the problem, I recommend you to reinstall version 2.1.19 until the cause of the problem is found and fixed.

To do it you have to:

• Download the JAR file of version 2.1.19
• Uninstall version 2.1.21 from Administration>Add-ons>Manage add-ons>Uninstall
• Upload the JAR file of version 2.1.19

By the way, I'm not familiar with the process to install an add-on from a JAR file.

To install a previous version of the plugin, you should previously uninstall version current version of the plugin, and then click on "Upload add-on" button available at Administration>Add-ons>Manage add-ons. I show you an screenshot:

In transition Close Issue you are not using any condition of JIRA Workflow Toolbox, so the plugin can't be hiding the transition.

Now I have a doubt: when you say "I'm missing my options to change from resolved to closed: Do you mean that the transitions are not being shown in the issue detail screen, or that the transitions are effectively being shown but you get some kind of error that prevents you from executing the transition successfully?

Can you please attach a screenshot of "Post Functions" tab on transition "Close Issue"?

After the Skype meeting version 2.1.19 has been reinstalled and the problem has disappeared, so there is a bug in version 2.1.21 and maybe in version 2.1.20. We are going to look for some clues about the error in the server's log.

The bug was in condition "Users in a field are/aren't in a project role", and has been fixed in just released version 2.1.22.
