Custom field for SLA validation

Hello,

I guess this might be super easy to do, but I unable to find an example and understand how I could create a custom field which would conditionally check whether "Time to first response" is equal or smaller to 30 minutes and display either "Yes"/"No" value.

I need this value for reporting and hope to find a way to avoid inserting that if condition to Excel.

Hi @kristiinakeelmann,

Sorry, but JSD's Time to first response and Time to resolution fields are not yet supported. I will try to support these 2 fields in a close future version.
