Validate based attachment

I need to set a rule by Post function or Validation that a specific ticket cannot be created unless an attachment has been uploaded.

I tried to use the "A field is/isn't initialized or has/hasn't been modified" I set the field to be checked to Attachments, and set the Condition to "is initialized"

However, after adding an attachment, it still does not initialize. What is the correct way to approach this?

Try using "Boolean validator with math, date-time or text-string terms" with the following boolean expression:

%{00160} != null

where %{00160} is field code for Transition's comment.
