Blockage of issue

When story or task blocked by another issue type or issue . users should not be able to close the issue until the blockage is removed.

Please let me know how to do this in the plugin.

Insert "Boolean validator with math, date-time or text-string terms" in transition to Closed status with the following boolean expression:

count(filterByResolution(linkedIssues("is blocked by"), "")) = 0

Is there a way to show the blocked by issue key in the error message?

Sorry, it's not possible. The only possible workaround is to use field code %{00098} for Keys for linked issues. You could use a message like: "Issue blocked by one of the following issues: %{00098}".
