Your issue vastly exceeds the scope of a support request included in the JWT maintenance. I can help you with well described and very specific questions. You should create an issue for each specific use case.

Based on my screenshot it seems like i have complex validation use case whereby it uses programming level validation whereby if a condition is meet customer can perform certuggesain transition and if the condition is not met they can do the different transition, atlassian suggested your add-on to do, please help

I have not studied in full detail the workflow, but after a quick look, I think that all the requirements of your workflow can be implemented using JIRA Workflow Toolbox without difficulty.

The thing is that I cannot do that work through a support request, since it is a consultancy work. I can give you contacts in firms that can perfectly do the work.
