repo owner Hi @venky298,
Sorry, but your description is full of assumptions. I can't help you because I don't understand what you want to do.
I don't what you mean by "Linked AP Record Name". Is it a field? Do you mean the field "Record Name" of an AP issue linked to current issue? In that case what kind of issue link type? What kind of field is "Record Name"?
The questions above are only for the first line of your previous post, and there are 4 additional lines.
Sorry, but I need a well described question, otherwise both of us are wasting our time.

reporter Hi Fidel,

repo owner Hi @venky298,
I need the following information:
- How are Story and Bug related? In case it's an issue link, which issue link type? Please, specify both directions of the issue link: e.g. "Story is affected by Bug" and "Bug affects Story".
- In actions for Fixed transition in Bug, you mention transition "All Fixed Provided", but I suppose you want to say "All Fixes Provided". Please, confirm it?
- In actions for Fix Released and Review Required (Triage) transitions in Bug, you don't specify the status of the Story. Please, specify it. On the other hand, I don't see any transition called Review Required (Stage) in the workflow of Story, maybe due to labels of transition being partially overlapped. Please, confirm that's the correct name of the transition.
- In actions for Failed Review transition in Bug, you mention transition Failed Review Remediation, but there isn't any transition with that name in the workflow of Story.
Please, give me that information, and be very careful to be consistent in your descriptions. It's much work for me to find errors in your descriptions, and once achieved a consistent description, explain in detail the solution. I hope you understand it.

repo owner Hi @venky298,
Do you have any doubt about the information I asked you for?
-
reporter Hi Fidel,
- Bug is blocks the Story issue.
- yes, the Strory transition "All fixes provided"
- Do all closed check means. Need to move story Statuses from IN PROGRESS, IN TEST, SCANNING and IN VALIDATION to CLOSED.
- failed review in bug for Failed review(scanning) in story.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks, Venkatesh

Hi @venky298,
Please, add information about the type of the 7 fields you have listed.
I suppose that you want to implement a condition for transition Assigner (from New to Triage), but I really don't understand at all your description of the transition:
"result should be AP = Linked AP Record Name AP Link = link to linked AP From Story syncs Attachments, Description, and Priority Name = AP# + Vuln Name Blocks Story linked to AP’s SV".
Please, rewrite your description of the condition trying not to do assumptions, since I don't have previous knowledge of your organization and needs.
BTW, please, use the preview button to see how your post looks like, since wiki not always looks like we want at first instance, and modifications are needed for best readability. For example, your list of Transition Buttons are not presented as nicely as the custom fields.
