a help, please

How can I configure a create automatic issue doing automatic fillment of a set of fields that are multicascading??

I am using the post function "create issues and subtasks"

In the destination issue, there are many required and important fields that I have to configure to fill automatic in this postfunction I don't know what is the correct option in the configuration.. and I don't know how to configure in this case for multi cascading

Hi @karlacavalcanti,

You can use Parsed text (basic mode), and as value you should enter a comma separated list of options.

Example: let's suppose a multi-cascading field custom field called "Location", you can use the following configuration:

ANd the other fields (database fields) can I to do normally, one field set for each one?

I don't know what do you mean by multi-cascading group. Which third party add-on are you using to implement multi-cascading fields? Is there any documentation that explains what's a multi-cascading group?

On the other hand JIRA doesn't provide database fields. Are you using a third party add-on to implement those fields? Which one?

ops.. sorry..

multi-cascading group I means all the fields that are related multicascading (in the screenshot: destination issue).. they are 4 fields in the first group in the screenshot (fields: Categoria Principal, Subcategoria1, Subcategoria2 and Subcategoria3) by addon "Multi-Level Cascading Select"

database fields I means the second group in the same screenshot (fields: Projeto, Area Solucionadora and Tipo)... this fields are related with the group above (multicascading) and they are fill automatically in the project regarding the options filled in the fields by multicascading by addon "Power Database Fields"

In the postfunction I need all these fields (4 by multicascading addon and 3 by power database addon) are filled according the screenshot.. with all the values that are in the screenshot)

Multi-Level Cascading Select is supported by JWT, but "Power Database Fields" is not.

In relation to Multi-Level Cascading Select fields, I don't know how you achieved to create a group of 4 fields (Categoria Principal, Subcategoria 1, Subcategoria 2 and Subcategoria 3), one for each level of values. According to my knowledge of this plugin, you can create a unique field that contains all the levels, like shown in the following screenshot:

Please, attach screenshot showing the configuration of the 4 fields of the multi-level cascading group. I want to see how you managed to create the group.
