"Copy a parsed text to a field" post function doesn't run as specified user

In the "Copy a parsed text to a field" post function, we set Run as to " -- INPUT A SPECIFIC USER --" and selected the user. The user is in the admin role within the project which has all of the permissions.

When the issue is created though, it's being run as the user that created the issue and not the specified user.
