Is there a way to show a notification about to create sub-task successfully when creating a sub-task in parent issues?

Hi,

I use "Create issues and subtasks" post function in transition to create a new sub-task, but it does not notify the user that the sub-task is created successfully. Is there a way to show a notification about to create sub-task successfully? Could you please give me an advice? See 'create_subtask_notification.png' is what I want.
