create subtasks based on request type

I need help creating simple sub tasks based on "customer request type". I believe I have the wrong condition type.

Hi @daveb141,

You should write the name of the request exactly, i.e, respecting the case and without introducing extra spaces. Please, double check that you are writing it correctly in the boolean expression.
