Boolean expression to check for users belongs to groups???

Say I have 2 groups in JIRA: Executors and Approvers . I'm looking for a way to do Boolean Evaluation in either "Condition" or "Validation" in the Workflow Transition with this idea: If the Issuetype = Micro Service, then allow Executors and Approvers Else, only allow Approvers
