Handle dependencies between modules

Use case: preferably ffc can compile elements separately from the forms, avoiding excessive repeated recompilation of element code that occurs today.
Make sure this works fine, e.g. by providing library search dir flags when building. Would be much simpler with a flat cachedir/lib/*.so structure.

Basic functionality with rpath is in place, needs testing in real scenario.

Works in dijitso. Work underway on using it in ffc.

Now -rpath is added by default for lib_dirs.
