Add mini-test to stable container

The Dockerfile should probably run python poisson.py just to check that we have a we have a working version of FEniCS in the container. If it returns non-zero then we will keep the last latest tag automatically.

    Running poisson.py. That's sufficient to make sure we get something working in container without having an overly long build/test cycle on stable.
