Pulling fenics-docker in Windows 7 (no sudo)

Hi all! I've noticed that pulling the fenics-container in Windows 7 is problematic using the "curl -s http://get.fenicsproject.org | sh" approach because in Docker's MinGW64 there is no sudo. All commands work without sudo though. So here's the suggested edit (attached).

Thanks, should be fixed in commit 7657ffb. In a few hours it should go to the website.
