fenicsproject notebook does not warn for missing <name>

If <name> is not given to fenicsproject notebook, one will get a strange error rather than a notice that the name is missing.

Another thing to consider would be to allow [name]. If missing, it could function as fenicsproject run: just fire up the notebook.
