Move to different directory on Windows 10 for DockerToolbox

The default path of docker toolbox is C:\Users. However, fenics can't recognize new path when the new path is set to other directory as instruction link. The link is https://docs.docker.com/toolbox/toolbox_install_windows/#optional-add-shared-directories

under section Add shared directory.
