dolfin-convert : cell-type and dimension invalid when converting 1D mesh embedded in 2D
Issue #334
resolved
The following gmsh file leads dolfin-convert to generate an invalid .xml file (also in the attachments) : the cell-type in <cell></cell> is "triangle" (but it should be "interval") and the dimension of the mesh is 1 (instead of 2).
In both cases, dolfin-plot fails to display the mesh correctly (a line is displayed instead of two hexagons). However, once fixed and converted to a vtk file after computation, the mesh is displayed correctly with Paraview.
