Prof Garth Wells created an issue 2013-08-17

The Exodus configuration in dolfin/CMakeLists.txt does not do any proper testing, and leads to build failures on some systems.

There is not way for a user to disable Exodus in the build system. The immediate fix is to disable Exodus.

Should we just remove ExodusFile - it is only used (by who?) for visualisation output. This issue risks rolling on forever otherwise.
