multimesh Dirichlet licence refers to LGPL 4 (which doesn't exist)

Drew Parsons created an issue

The multimesh files dolfin/fem/MultiMeshDirichletBC.h and MultiMeshDirichletBC.cpp refer to “GNU Lesser General Public License … version 4”.

But there is no LGPL4. I guess it means LGPL3 ?
