contact-vi-snes demo timing out in MPI on circleCI

The contact-vi-snes demo times out in MPI tests (both C++ and python) on circleCI, and therefore is currently excluded from circleCI tests.

It does not universally fail, it’s passing in debian CI testing, see https://ci.debian.net/packages/d/dolfin/

It’s not clear while circleCI gets a failing outcome. Different PETSc and OpenMPI versions is one possibility.

It is most probably due to PETSc version. The convergence behaviour of the VI solvers in PETSc varies a lot with the version … I think that excluding the demo from the test is the best solution.
