Make all dolfin subclasses of ufl.Coefficient pass count=self.id() to __init__

This will allow repeated construction of the python version of a dolfin coefficient-like object to retain the same id from the ufl point of view.

In particular, I think this will simplify introduction of the CoordinateFunction.
