Change elasticity demo to use smoothed aggregation AMG

We don't have a demo illustrating the non-trivial use of smoothed aggregation AMG. The main point to demonstrate is setting a non-trivial near nullspace.

It's not as simple as changing the solver for the present demo because the quality of the gear mesh is very poor, i.e. it has some highly distorted cells. Updated demo needs a new, interesting mesh.
