Issue #438 resolved

Prof Garth Wells created an issue 2014-12-19

The present elasticity demo doesn't 'demonstrate' much more than the canonical Poisson problem, so replace it by the elasticity-amg demo, which demonstrates smoothed aggregation AMG, including the setting of non-trivial near nullspaces.
