please release something compatible with vtk6

Hi, as said, dolfin in debian is in a really bad state, it depends on vtk5, scheduled for removing before stretch.

I think the current git is vtk6 compatible, how do you feel about releasing something to us?

(there are also some showstoppers in Debian, but I think we can fix them, not related to dolfin but to some dependencies)

At the moment of writing, libdolfin2016.1 depends on vtk6.3 in debian testing. What debian version are you using? Is the issue still present?
