[dolfin-convert] gmsh parser not finding all vertexes

The attached square.msh mesh file is created with gmsh 2.12.0. Opening it via a text editor shows it contains 177 nodes and 100 elements; however, calling dolfin-convert on it only identifies 48 vertexes and 24 cells.

As a note, the number "48" of the identified vertexes with the number of Nodes on lines reported by gmsh in Tools->Statistics after opening the msh file.

Despite this number mismatch, dolfin-convert exits without error and the generated mesh is simply a segment [not a square!] with some nodes and cells on it.
