Switch C++ unit tests to Catch (from GTest)

Prof Garth Wells created an issue

Catch (http://catch-lib.net/) is a popular, active and (crucially) a header-only C++ unit testing framework. It's easy to use and we can distributed the single header file with DOLFIN.
