Issue #993 new

Drew Parsons created an issue 2018-02-14

MultiMeshDirichletBC.h and MultiMeshDirichletBC.cpp in dolfin/fem are marked as licenced under GNU Lesser General Public License "either version 4" or later.

The latest LGPL is still only 3, so this version 4 must be a typo. Should be "version 3" instead.

It must contain the clause "all source you have written previously is covered by this licence".
