Added quad/hex cases to some unit tests to show that DOLFIN is working correctly with the changes made to FFC and FIAT to support quadrilateral and hexahedral meshes.
Everything related to FFC and FIAT seems to work fine.
Stuff related to dolfin/geometry/... for example cell.contains(Point), cell.collide(Point), intersection does not work correctly.
