This PR introduces little changes to XDMF format for finite element functions. It changes structure of finite element function according to format agreed in https://www.kitware.com/pipermail/xdmf/2017-July/001137.html
It adds ElementCell to the XML attribute and data are stored as DataItems under Attribute. It is now position (not naming pattern) that determines the interpretation of data.
"Q" and "DQ" families of functions are allowed to be saved/read.
