Mixed-dimensional framework (cecile/mixed-dimensional)

Framework for solving mixed-dimensional systems (of co-dimension one at most) with some dedicated unit tests and demos.

Note that this branch includes :

• MeshView features (from chris/meshview-mapping branch) + somes fixes

• PETSc Matnest interface (from chris/petsc-matnest branch)
