This pull request supports the ufc::cell clean up pull request (https://bitbucket.org/fenics-project/ufc/pull-request/2).
It removes dolfin::UFCCell, simplifies dolfin::UFC and it should boost performance for some equations, especially when using SystemAssembler, by avoiding the unnecessary copying of topology data during assembly.
