Interior facet integral regression tests use faulty cell definitions

The tests use the same cell for - and +, which means that for facet0 != facet1 the geometry of the facets differ including the integral scaling factor.

Fix in next, simply letting
vertex1 = 2*midpoint of facet - vertex0.
