Prof Garth Wells created an issue 2017-06-03

The file doc/man/man1/ffc.1.gz is very out of date. I suggest making it very simple and referring to the read-the-docs page.

- changed milestone to 2018.1
I suggest moving the man entry to python3 -mffc --help as is a standard for Python packages.
