pip installs a version of fenics-ffc that breaks cmake on Dolfin

Following the installation guide

pip3 install fenics-ffc --upgrade

installs a version of ffc that does not contain the commit fixing a problem with sympy. This breaks the cmake configuration for Dolfin.

To reproduce, just follow the installation guide.
