Sorry, the description is wrong... The swig wrappers do not (necessarily) get regenerated when ufc.h changes.

I'm sure that didn't work at least in one situation, because I had an installation where ufc.h and generated code had a function with one name but the swig wrappers were stuck with the name from before the change.
