Several failing tests

I am trying to run the tests against 1.5.0 but I am getting some failures related to commits made between 1.4.0 and now. I run the tests for the previous version again and everything worked normally, but now apparently there are some wrong paths or missing files. Here are the logs:

My fault: I was missing "--prefix=$PREFIX" in setup.py install. I got inspired by the buildbot logs :) Closing.
