Johan Hake created an issue 2013-09-13

test/regression/README is old and refers to non-existing files.
test/regression/ffc-reference-data/README.rst does not mention that an actuall commit is performed to the present FFC repository when scripts/upload is run. This commit needs to be pushed which is easily forgotten :)
