This includes FIAT-level implementations of
Bubble elements
Enriched elements
Tensor product elements
Facet/Interior/Discontinuous elements
Trace elements (not the same as Marie's, but same filename, argh!)
Standalone quadrilateral cells (used with tensor product elements)
One minor change/addition is that each element carries around a formdegree, in a FEEC sense, which is used when applying the Hdiv/Hcurl modifiers.
