I've created a branch updated for CGAL 4.12.
CGAL 4.12 has been patched to provide an accessor function for the polyhedra in Polyhedral_mesh_domain_with_features_3.
This gets us closer to enabling use of the system CGAL (issue #63) and will enable mshr to enter Debian GNU/Linux and ubuntu.
CGAL 4.12 left a problem with header-only installations which I reported at CGAL#3100, https://github.com/CGAL/cgal/issues/3100 . I've patched it with the updated cgal.patch.
This branch builds successfully. The build reports that the API compute_average_spacing is deprecated and should be updated.
